From the creaors of Green Door on 8th
Greg & Lindsey Fowler founded Green Door on 8th in 2017 with a passion for innovative food. In 2021, Greg and Lindsey, with inspiration from their chefs Geoff & Jordan, collaborated to start "Kansept", the phonetic spelling for "concept". Our name represents all that we are; an experimental, food forward kitchen. We exist to create delicious experiences to pair with our neighbor's beer. Our food can be categorized as "modern global street food" and our aim is to elevate our patrons' palates.
